Prime Edge Development was founded by Mohit Chowdhury and Ramon Parchment, two construction industry veterans who transitioned from managing some of NYC's most iconic developments to focusing on luxury residential projects and real estate investment opportunities.
After spending over a decade at AECOM Tishman managing billions of dollars in complex construction projects, we recognized an opportunity to bring Fortune 500-level project management, quality control, and systematic execution to the residential, commercial market.
